I've tried a lot of different types of sticker paper since starting my business, at best this has given me a good feel for what I want to be the quality for my product but at worst it's been quite costly.
From a lot of trial and error, consistently the one I've been happiest with for quality, brightness, whiteness and not curling, has been these ones from Evergreen Goods - I use these for my sticker sheets and sticker packs.
Not only is the quality fantastic, they are also a great price so it is inexpensive to get started on your own sticker journey.

This one is bright white paper with an adhesive backing. It is quite a strong tack and once applied can't be re stuck elsewhere. Great for notebooks and journals.
This is their matte vinyl which I use for my sticker sheets.
